Senior Manager, Networking Demand Planning

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Manager for Networking Demand Planning in Aguadilla. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office. It defines and drives long-term demand planning strategies and initiatives, partners with senior leadership on forecasts and supply chain strategy, and leads data-driven analyses to anticipate demand trends and operational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee demand planning operations and strategies for the Networking business, aligned with organizational and supply chain priorities.
• Develop and execute long-term demand planning strategies and manage and develop demand planning teams.
• Oversee demand forecasting, planning processes and performance analysis to improve forecast accuracy.
• Use multiple planning systems and analytical tools for forecasting, scenario planning and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Operations and Business Planning to align demand plans with business objectives.
• Lead data analysis, forecasting and reporting, set KPIs, and drive improvements in processes, systems and workflows.
• Identify automation and advanced analytics opportunities, lead transformation projects, and present recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (e.g. MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of professional experience in demand planning, supply planning or supply chain planning.
• At least 10 years of formal people management experience, including performance management, coaching and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with demand planning and supply chain planning systems, and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proven leadership experience and advanced English, written and spoken.
