Senior Network Project Manager

About the role

AT&T is seeking a Senior Network Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical network projects. This full‑time, onsite position requires a minimum of five days per week in the San Juan office. You will drive project success while ensuring compliance with industry standards and managing vendor relationships using Agile methods.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, and business cases.
• Assemble and lead cross‑functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance across multiple interrelated projects.
• Perform scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change control, and reporting to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors, coordinating stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, applying Scrum or Agile techniques for backlog management and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience in network or technical project management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on expansive projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience influencing efficiency, cost, schedule, and client relationships.
