Senior Supply Chain

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Supply Chain professional in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role is hybrid, with an average of two days per week spent in an HPE office. It covers planning, scheduling and coordinating demand and supply, business processes and the delivery of products and services, with a focus on improving costs, integrating businesses and adapting to regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex supply chain processes such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations and sales and operations planning (SOP).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead recommendations for management.
• Match demand and supply independently, prioritizing backlogs and linking planning to execution.
• Partner with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
• Lead regional and global planning teams and define and review performance metrics regularly.
• Contribute to priority projects and communicate requirements to planning teams.
• Mentor junior staff and establish mentorship guidelines.
• Lead and manage a Regulatory Trade Compliance program.

Required profile

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function, in more than one supply chain area.
• Broker's license and/or 6-10 years of experience in a customs/global trade function.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills, with mastery of English and the local language.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), statistical analysis and financial modeling.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ATP and master scheduling.
• National and international trade requirements and customs/trade functions.
• Inventory modeling and analysis, and trade compliance program management.
