Senior Supply Planner

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Supply Planner in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office. It acts as a recognized authority in global supply planning, setting functional direction and shaping strategy, governance, analytics and transformation across complex product and manufacturing networks.

Key responsibilities

• Set enterprise-wide principles and governance for JBAS Supply Forecast as the plan of record, with accountability for assumptions, quality and escalation.
• Lead the adoption of digital twins, AI/ML predictive analytics, scenario simulation, automated exceptions and advanced inventory optimization.
• Lead large, time-sensitive supply programs and complex cross-business-unit trade-off decisions that improve resilience, inventory and revenue visibility.
• Mentor and coach others, allocate workload and give performance feedback, while remaining an individual contributor unless formally appointed a manager.
• Develop strategy, set functional policy and direction, and lead large cross-functional projects or workstreams.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (e.g. MBA) or equivalent experience, consistent with the Talent Master definition.
• Typically more than 10 years in planning, operations, finance, strategy or related fields.
• Ability to lead people and manage readiness, with strong project management and relationship management skills.

• Statistical analysis and financial modeling.
• Research methodology for complex business issues.
• Negotiation, executive-level influence and cross-functional program leadership.
