Software Engineer

About the role

Paoli Group LLC is seeking a proactive Software Engineer to design and build scalable, high‑quality cloud‑native applications. You will work alongside a collaborative team, driving continuous improvement and applying modern development best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code using React (Next.js) for front‑end and Node.js, Django, or Go for back‑end.
• Design and implement secure, resilient architectures aligned with industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through workflow automation, testing, and performance optimization.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies and improve developer productivity.
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience, especially in web or mobile applications.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
