Supply Planner (Hybrid)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Supply Planner in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, in a hybrid arrangement with about two days per week in an HPE office. The role leads complex supply planning analysis and business plans for constrained portfolios, acting as a subject matter expert who builds analytical models and recommendations that improve supply execution, customer delivery, inventory and financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality, assumptions and governance of JBAS forecasts for complex SKU portfolios, distinguishing firm commitments from judged supply.
• Lead constrained-supply what-if scenarios, factory alternatives, build prioritization and inventory/revenue trade-off analysis.
• Drive AI/ML-supported exception detection, advanced supply analytics and digital-twin-enabled decision support, validating outputs before operational use.
• Mentor specialists and drive process standardization and automation.
• Represent the organization to external customers and guide process improvements and policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred.
• Typically 5-9 years of experience in supply planning, operations, strategy, finance or related fields.
• Leadership skills including team-building, conflict resolution and mentoring.
