Supply Planner (Hybrid)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Supply Planner in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, in a hybrid arrangement with about two days per week in an HPE office. The role leads complex supply planning analysis and business plans for constrained portfolios, acting as a subject matter expert who builds analytical models and recommendations that improve supply execution, customer delivery, inventory and financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality, assumptions and governance of JBAS forecasts for complex SKU portfolios, clearly separating firm commitments from judged supply.
• Lead constrained-supply what-if scenarios, factory alternatives, build prioritization and inventory/revenue trade-off analysis.
• Drive AI/ML-supported exception detection, advanced supply analytics and digital-twin-enabled decision support, validating analytical outputs before operational use.
• Mentor specialists and drive measurable process standardization and automation.
• Represent the organization to external customers and clients, and guide process improvements and policy establishment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
• Typically 5-9 years of experience in supply planning, operations, strategy, finance or related fields.
• Leadership skills including team-building, conflict resolution and mentoring.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Access, statistical analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical thinking, data manipulation and business acumen.
• Project management, partnering and consulting skills, including leading large cross-functional initiatives.
