Supply Planner

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Supply Planner in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role is hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week spent in an HPE office. It sits in the Business Planning job family and focuses on forecasting business performance, building business plans and analysing market data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex data and business analyses to build business plans and make recommendations.
• Build statistical and financial models to forecast business performance.
• Define metrics to measure performance, compare actual results with forecasts and set up processes to close performance gaps.
• Run time-sensitive market research projects and identify trends and next steps.
• Work with cross-functional teams and business leaders on business plans based on historical and forecasted data.
• Develop go-forward recommendations based on potential risks and returns, and identify analytical tools and methods for key decisions.

Required profile

• Typically 4-6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance or a related field.
• First-level university degree.
• Knowledge of research methodology and ability to manage complex data requests.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and strong project management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP adoption or integration of AI tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, technical and data manipulation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
