Supply Planning Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Supply Planning Manager in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office. It leads and develops a team of Supply Planners responsible for SKU-level supply forecasts, constraint management, inventory results and continuous planning improvement, translating enterprise strategy into organizational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Supply Planners and lead the rollout of the Planner of the Future capability, including digital workflows, scenario planning, AI/ML insight governance, automation and data quality.
• Own team-wide JBAS forecast quality, cadence, controls, supply assumptions, exception resolution and disciplined use of the Supply Plan of Record.
• Set goals and build talent and succession plans across Specialist, Expert and Master levels, managing performance, hiring, development and workload allocation.
• Partner with Fulfillment on order scheduling and customer commitments while keeping supply forecast accountability.
• Provide guidance on process improvements and recommend changes aligned with business strategy, and coach and develop direct reports.

Required profile

• First-level university degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Progressive supply planning, operations and people leadership experience; typically 10+ years in planning, operations, finance, strategy or related fields.
• Prior Master-level capabilities or demonstrably equivalent readiness.
• Proven coaching, team-building, conflict resolution, staff development and change leadership.

• Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and present recommendations.
