Communications Technician – Network Maintenance & Support

About the role

AT&T is seeking a Communications Technician to join its network operations team in San Juan. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing TDM and Ethernet circuits while providing direct technical support to customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fault isolation and resolution for TDM and Ethernet circuits.
• Interact directly with customers, support organizations, and vendors to obtain technical assistance and resolve issues.
• Use network tools, test equipment, and systems to support troubleshooting activities.

Required profile

• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Fault isolation and resolution techniques.
• Ethernet‑based product and service support.
• Maintenance of TDM and Ethernet (ETH) circuits.
• Proficiency with network testing tools and equipment.
