About the role
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, part of the Banyan Tree collection, is looking for an Outlet Server. The outlet server ensures that every guest has a personalized and unique dining experience. The hotel is located on Isla Verde Beach in Puerto Rico, minutes from Old San Juan.
Required profile
- High school graduate
- Ability to speak English and Spanish
- 2 years of food and beverage VIP experience in a related field
- Hospitality experience preferred
Required skills
- Knowledge of wines, including a certificate of completion of a wine training seminar or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of mixing drinks
